Ash Street School Owner: City of Manchester Architect: Dennis Mires General Contractor: Jewett Construction Completion Date: 1993 Work included: Restoration of four 7-1/2' diameter wood clock dials with new hands, numerals and minute marks finished in 23K gold leaf. Clock was completely restored and is still mechanically wound. Clock is an 1874 E. Howard #2 flatbed with Denison double three-legged gravity escapement. |
